Yes, we make sure to keep your original copies intact.  In case we would have repaired your tapes/films, you would actually have them back in a better state!

We always provide you with an online link to download your digital files at no additional cost.   You can also provide us with a pen drive for us to put the files on.  We can also give you a CD or DVD copy at a small additional cost.

We use processes to make sure that the digital version of your tape has the best quality we can achieve. That said, the quality of your digitised home movies depend on the quality and state of the original material provided. This is why it's important to convert your tapes to digital as soon as possible, before they deteriorate any further.

If a tape is damaged or mouldy, we have to fix and/or clean it before attempting the digitization process.  There is an additional charge for this, but we will let you know before proceeding with any repairs.

Yes, we convert magnetic sound on 8mm and Super8 film.
